Provider Telehealth Policy

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact your healthcare provider or dial 911. CarePage, Inc. is not a pharmacy and does not offer emergency medical services of any kind.

Please read this Provider Telehealth Policy carefully as they form a legally binding agreement between you, the healthcare provider, and CarePage, Inc., along with our corporate affiliates, collectively known as "CarePage", "We", "Our" or "Us". The CarePage Telehealth Platform, referred to as "the platform" herein, is a digital system designed to facilitate remote healthcare services online. It enables healthcare providers to connect with patients through secure messaging, video, telephone, mobile SMS, or text messaging, along with other telehealth modalities.

This Provider Telehealth Policy outlines the terms and conditions for healthcare providers ("Providers") using the CarePage Telehealth Platform or the platform. It sets forth the expectations, responsibilities, and standards required to maintain the highest level of care and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using any of our Services, clicking "Agree & Continue" or simply by accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by this Provider Telehealth Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Provider Credentials and Compliance

Providers must possess valid medical licenses in the jurisdictions where they offer services and comply with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA. Ongoing credential verification is required.

We continuously develop the platform and reserve the right to modify this Provider Telehealth Policy at any point at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will notify you by email, through the Services, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the start of this Provider Telehealth Policy. Regularly reviewing this Provider Telehealth Policy and our other policies is advised to ensure you remain informed of any changes, which will take effect once posted. If you do not agree with the Provider Telehealth Policy at any time, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services. Continued use after changes have been posted means you accept those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Provider Telehealth Policy, you should not access or use the platform. All Services and the platform' functionality are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. CarePage disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CarePage does not guarantee that any services or the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Payment terms, including frequency and methods of payment, will be outlined in separate agreements or contracts. Providers are responsible for understanding the terms of compensation and for any billing or coding of services rendered through the platform.
